4. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or description, suspected fraud, or inability to ship to your region.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier schedules, or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive tracking information via email upon shipment.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is designed to be as streamlined as your workflow. Key terms include:

• Eligibility Window: Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
• Process: Contact [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.
• Costs: Return shipping is free if the return is due to our error. For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you bear the return shipping cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
