  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • All original accessories, manuals, and protective cases (e.g., for 4×4 Filters, Action Cams, or Lenses) must be included

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, calibration, and licensing considerations, the following product categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Anti Slip Tape once removed from its original packaging
  • Opened or used filters (including 4×4 Filters and 4×5.65 Filters) due to potential surface damage
  • Custom-configured or special-order items (e.g., specific B Mount Battery configurations)
  • Software or downloadable products associated with any equipment
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3 Receive Authorization & Shipping Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship any items without an RMA number.

4 Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all accessories, and affix the provided RMA label (if supplied) or clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product): We will provide a prepaid return label.
  • If the return is for other reasons (change of mind, etc.): You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5 Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return at our facility, our quality team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days to ensure they meet our resale conditions.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
