The MID49 Breakout Side Plate for RED KOMODO and KOMODO-X is a versatile accessory that attaches to the side of your camera, offering multiple mounting points for additional gear. Its contoured design prevents accidental activation of the media door button on the KOMODO-X. Two offset M4 holes align with the camera’s spacing, allowing seamless integration with existing third-party accessories. For the RED KOMODO-X, the rear 1/4″-20 holes provide optimal locations for optional accessories like the Audio Breakout AB-1 and EXT Breakout EB-1. When paired with the original RED KOMODO, it supports the optional Audio Breakout AB-3 and EXT Breakout EB-1. Additionally, the front M4 holes are fully compatible with RED’s PL mount support.
